For my final project, I choose to focus on how Canada and the US have adopted hockey as part of the country’s cultural identities. My main argument is that, despite hockey being known as “Canada’s Game,” it has grown in popularity over the years in the US, implementing its place in our society. My project spans from the earliest year that professional hockey was played in Canada up until now.
