I chose this book as I’ve been a fan of the ACC for my whole life, and I’ve also lived in the conference area. I wanted to know how it came to fruition and what all occurred to make the ACC the powerhouse it is today, and how universities reacted to this new conference that provided a real challenge to other conferences at the time.
