Hello everyone! My name is Joshua Joyce, or just Josh is what I am usually called. I am a History/Social Studies Secondary Education Major here at Appalachian State and this is my Senior Year. I am from Pinehurst/ Southern Pines NC and have always been fascinated with sports. I fell in love with Football from a young age, and it is by far my favorite sport due to playing it for 4 years in high school. My favorite memory was during my Junior Year when our varsity team advanced to the State Semi-Finals of the state championship in the largest football division in NC High School Football which at the time was 4AA. I really enjoyed my time playing football, so much that my passion led to a drive as I peruse a career in coaching to go along with my history education in the classroom. Outside of football, I focus my historical research into the history of stock car racing and NASCAR. I have furthered my research over the last 2 years here at App State.
